Kiyone Masaki was Tenchi's mother in Kajishima-sensei's canon. She was 248 years old at the time of her death, and seemed to inherit her mother Airi's playful, prankster attitute.

There's something more I should add... because of Kiyone's advanced age, she suffered from an affliction that caused her to make harmless, yet sensless pranks on the people she loved... including Tenchi. This was possibly why her daughter Tennyo, who looks exactly like Kiyone, would stand in for her from time-to-time.
