Absolute Anime

Hi,
I've been searching for ages to try and find something i saw when i was younger....but i've had no luck as of yet.
I don't know the name of it so that wont help but i can describe parts of it from what i canremember seeing....so here goes....I can remember a girl who was either born out of a flower...or she died and the came back to life from the flower....then i can remember she had a weapon like a staff...and for some strange reason i can rememeber her either having wheels on her feet or skates on.
Its a bad description i know but thats all i remember...if anyone saw something similar please reply and let me know.

The only thing I can compare it to is Pokemon

It was well before Pokemon....i saw it in the 80's on tv....i had it on tape but my mum taped over it by accident....never forgiven her for it ....i used to watch it every day but now i cant remember what it was called or anything.
I hope i find out what it is one day.
