Absolute Anime

Hey there, I hope it's OK to do so but I just wanted to make you all aware of an Anime DVD competition that my site is running. You can read more via my site.

I read about this on the AN Forums, one question: Would it be ok to enter the contest if I didn't live in the US, but I give the address of a relative who does live in the United States?
