The second video game plot just like the first is not related to the show, though there are SOME of the same parts that's it. The second game you are mostly fighting a brand new type of monster and such. I never finished the game as I found it mind numbingly boring so it is possible that your spoiler happened in the last 25% that I didn't play
The movie is out in Japan no confirmed American release (at least not that I know of)
Ed has the same crush as he always does and he is the same height as he always is.
As for the manga thing I don't know

Okay I can't tell you anything about the movie but I do know that Ed does not die in the second FMA game the game you're probably talking about is the Bluebirds Illusion. From what I've heard the BBI was made by two Chinese college students who were fans of FMA and I heard there was a manga that follows the plot of that game. In that game Ed does die and become Pride ( and from what I've seen pics of friends with Envy too). Copies of this game are I've heard extremely rare to find in the US. I think there are eight total DVDs released in the US

the 2nd game? do you mean curse of the crimsion elixir if so no E doesn't die the only game Ed dies and becomes pride in is bluebirds illusion and it's not graiden and it has like 8 sperate endings and of course we can't forget that it's just a fantic made game, yeah apperantly it's not avablile in english..or even subbed and cause it's in chinese the kanji is pronocened differently and in such the translation is diffrent from japanese, curse of the crimsion elixir starts in Lior(episode 1 of the show)and with similar results expect something diffrent happens to Cornello and you don't find out about Eliza etc. so some parts are the same yet diffrent at the same time, well I guess that's not the point the point is I've beaten this game(in 10 hours so glad I only rented it)and Ed does not die and become Pride
