ya know i am pretty sure it hasnt been confirmed yet that sai is a boy or girl. i am pretty sure he is a boy but i belive that it hasent been realsed yet that he is a boy or girl. i do admit though, i do understand how you can see that sai looks like sasuke. find me a pic where it shows that sai is a boy cause all he has said so far in the series is just commenting on naruto penis.

srry it double posted on me...

they said he is a boy.
