Absolute Anime

There are a lot of mods on the forum who arent doing their jobs very well at all. Flammings sometimes going unnoticed. Unfairness from the mods to the users. Mods that arent doing anything but just taking up space for others to take that opportunity to actually do a mods work. Im not saying every mod we have on the forum is doing a bad job, just some. I understand when a mod locks a topic but to comment a rude post about a user on it just takes it to damn far. Im sure others feel the same way I do right now at this moment also. I mean come on we have a lot of mods and they aren't doing their jobs as we speak. Aren't the mods supposed to be respectful towards us? Users who post up their opinions on this forums and mods responding rudely. I dont know but I think we should empeach because I have had it.

same over here. Locke is probably THE worst offender. he's sarcastic, cockey, flamer, insulting, and he's STILL a mod so, i think all to most of the mods should be let go, and should re-try for mod position. the new system. fair trials then all around.

if i wanted to be a mod i could do a better job everyone here.

Here's teh way I look at it:

For one, there's an overexcessive amount of mods (90% whom which do not do their jobs).

And.. it's either the mod tries too hard to impress the admin and put strict rules that make users feel less comfortable at the forum, or just regular slacking, and just posting a lot of bs spam like so. I believe over half of the moderators here deserve they're title. yes they're too cocky, insultive, and so on. (Not that I'm not ^^; I wouldn't be a good mod.)

And also, the word moderator means nothing on this forum, people work hard, try to give the admin a damn essay of why they should become a freakin' mod, like it's some title. Well not on this forum. Before we know it, the whole forum's gonna be moderators and people will be flaming people and that person would get all out of control and this whole forum's gonna be hysteria.

IMO, anyway. I can see it happening.

well......anyways. Maybe if this is what we can do. We can make a complaint thread or something. Just give a specific link to what a mod has done wrong or insulting to you...

Yes and with more than a lot of mods for one forum like this. We need responsible ones and also respective ones.

I'm not goimg to become a mod or anything but they should have more responsible mods like me Dragon x.Too many mods have been flaming about other guys and we can't do anything I say we have a new rule the mods that start flaming get banned like everyone else .You have very good point homlunclus envy if mods abuse thier they should get banned.

they shouldn't get banned but just lose there privlegges and cannot apply again... and plus all the mods cannot be everywhere at once. most will stay in athe adult or pointless and off topic chatting so you would have to pm the mod about where to use there modding ability...

You have a point but still some mods do flame i've seen it before there should be something done we can't just say mods let's abuse thier power.Some mods have flamed I've seen it before. I won't be pointing any names either.

How about the report post function? I mean, the mods here are just human beings like everyone else and sure it sometimes happen that an inappropriate post is just plainly overseen.

The rules are put by the webmaster himself. Even we have strict rules we have to follow while moderating.

And when it comes to rules and mods doing a bad job I know an even worse forum (ask Anna, I've showed her the forum I was on before AA and I left it because of the mods getting megalomaniac)

C,nmon they should treated like everyone else in here no excuses.If someone does the same should they get treated the same way.

Other users can speak for themselves on the flammings >.< Otherwise I haven't been flammed, I've just seen them going on. But the problem I have is topics going off their gord. Like especially in the inuyasha threads also with sometimes flames going off. Or we really need mods to check into the FMA thread because we bearly see any doing anything at all in there.

Wow, another thread bashing the moderators, and again there are no links to any specifc examples. If you feel a moderator is acting inappropriately, then of course I want to know about it, but just putting down moderators without providing any evidence is helpful to nobody.

Oh and to you all, just like Webmaster said...If you want to complaint about something, you should lay down some REAL facts on the table instead of just balling around with air if you understand what I mean. Also....If you want AA to be a better place...help the moderators if they make a mistake, use that damned REPORT BUTTON, lol or PM when you see something, it makes a big difference if all users helped out when they see something
