If you're referring to the girl, Sara, in The Woman Who Loved Sesshomaru...she was not his "girlfriend." She did like him, but he could've cared less. She did not follow him around, though; she died.

if only he were real and i didn't meet my boyfriend that i have now *sigh*
well anyway i only heard that this girl liked him and she was taken over by a demon and then he had to kill her for some reason. (i dont remember much)
