wee! okay, here we go! make a ninja that can fit into the Naruto universe. you can do what you want to the ninja, but we need to know a few key things:

Atomosk "Akakonoha" Hatake

hair color- white
hairstyle- long and flowing
wardrobe- pants, a long sleeve shirt, and a mask, all red. occasionally wears a red hat with a feather. wears sneakers.

kuchiyose animals- two cougars: Eros and Thanatos, usually summoned together with the Twin Kuchiyose no jutsu

weapons of choice- carries a double-edged sword normally. proficient with shuriken and kunai. eros and thanatos can transform into large swords

about that big, but a little smaller.

personality: seemingly laid back, he is fiercely loyal to those he cares about. not one to get overly stressed, which is goood, because he's dangerous when he gets angry. not a fan of sneaking around, he prefers to face challenges head on.

kekei genkai- no moves inherited from his family, just the signature silver white hair. kakashi has taught him the chidori, however.

special jutsus-
inferno sword- uses chakra to heat the air around his arms, creating a blade of raw heat that slices through conventional weapons

chidori- taught to him by kakashi, he can use it three times on a good day

chakra bonding no jutsu- lacking the sharingan, Atomosk found another way to steal moves. by making physical contact with a willing participant, chakra is tranferred into his body, allowing him to utiliza the ninja's abilities for a short period of time.

rubicante- a frightening jutsu that utilizes the technique behing the inferno sword. the heat field is concentrated to one small area of the hand, and them released into the target. the heat is so immense, all that is left after the jutsu is used is a rather large burn spot on the ground.

good guy/bad guy: absolutely a good guy.

other stuff:
kakashi's younger cousin, atomosk has made it his goal in life to defeat Kakashi someday. he passed the chuunin exam two years before before naruto graduated from the academy. upon passing the chuunin exam, atomosk went traveling. his travels took to the uncharted lands in the west, from which no explorer has ever returned. there he learned foreign magic and fighting styles. there he earned his reputation as the "blazing leaf."
a few years later, atomosk returned to konagakure, at about the time that sasuke had run off to join orochimaru. after several succesful missions with the genin, he became the subcommander of the 10.
he has a great infatuation with hyuuga hinata, the "most beautiful creature" he has "ever laid eyes on," and tries to draw her admiration for naruto over to himself, with limited success.
his major shortcoming is the fact that his stealth abilities and genjutsu, frankly, suck. his genjutsu is limited to substitution and kage bunshin. as is evidendent by his red outfit, he doesn't even try to use stealth.
he makes up for his lack of sneakiness with his fantastic combat skills. though he only ranks at chuunin level, his fighting abilities easily match a jonin's.

Thh wind ninja can fly fly at light speed and can cause a toranado with his mind.

Blue haired and spiked his bandana showing the hidden leaf's symbol around his forhead. he as Green eyes and is slightly tanned. is dressed in a blue cloak, and wears blue jeans and a grey t-shirt with a black open buttoned polo over that. buttoned on his polo is a red poppy. representing his fallen team mates.

animals: none

keki genkai:
(Ashikaki-key clan) Gorgons eye- turns on and off if shakra if palced into the eyes. if a person looks into his eyes in this mode (pupil turns swirled, the whites turn blue) they turn instantly to stone even if it is a replacement it tracks down to the user.

(Amorkiri clan) Summon elements- the elements (wind fire, air and earth) turn into living creatures with their own minds. though it will usually take five minuets to summon 1 creature. max would be 20 if your chakra can handle it. and the hand signals must be placed with speed just able to be caught with the sharingan
earth - golems (metal -even metal from enemy weapons/rock)
air - air turns into an element of wind (a lving tornado)
water - water dragons (water forms into a living dragon, even taken from enemy jutsu's)
Fire - fire golem ( taken from normal fire or enemy jutsu's)

weapons: stone turning hands and hand to hand fighting. (doesn't use kunai, or shuriken) but he does have a wooden pole with kunai embedded at diffrent leangths and if iht makes diffrent sound from low F to high C. for that he uses a petal stick

Personality: carefree, though he is powerful he is skilled in dodging, and when he fights he seem to be playing around. he alwayse carries around his musical weapon though it really doesn't do anything to help him fight he plays around with it during alight.

special jutsu: none

Good or evil: Good, but will not fight if not attacked, even if he is ordered to kill someone, that person has to attack him first, and that usually misses.

bio:

his two clans are just newly discovered and are small but very powerful, but not well known. they really arent trying to tell anyone about their powers. he is the son of the imbred of the heads son and the heads daughter of the clans and represents their joining.

mini bio: A gothic ninja who nearly mirriors Gaara in almost EVERY way. He forgot most of his past but dosn't care anything about it. He seems a VERY small crush on Sakura and Tsunade and travels killing assassins before they attack him. He's part genin/chunin/jonin all in one and dispite he dosn't have sand armor or sand barrier that automaticly comes up he is almost a Gaara dopplganger.

the stats don't really mean much if we don't know the maxes. i'm guessing 100? and you need to be more specific.
araevin, i really like your ninja. a well-executed homage to greek mythology.
speedlover, your ninja isn't all too original, really. it's more of a gaara with a penchant for women and a (probably) bad fashion sense. think about it. in the dessert, you don't want to wear black.
and dragon X, you spell it as "nunchaku", not "nunc chucks." just a quick spell check .

ive designed a character a long time ago.............hidden in the clouds,thunder punch jutsu,paralysis jutsu,(from thunder)giant flower shuriken,(carries on back)age:15,no kekkai-genkai's,has a brother from hidden in the clouds,(still havnt come up with a name)

inspiration is one thing; a ripoff is something entirely different
the character should it into the story comfortably
the character can't be an invincible god mode kind of guy. give him weaknesses and shortcomings

not bad, but a little cluttered. might have been better if you had spaced it out into more obvvious categories, like mine.

Amaya Uchiha(Sasuke's Sister not wife)
Village Hidden in the Leaves
Elite level Jounin
Long black hair with red tips, yellow eyes, and always wears a blood red cape and mostly has the hood up. She has Sharigans much much stronger than Sasuke's, but not as strong as Kakashi's one Sharigan.
For the animals there are two foxes Aya and Mia that come with the Twin Kuchiyose no jutsu.
For the weapons she normally uses a bow and arrow(I want to be different ) but if out of arrows she normally uses a Shuriken or her Twin Kuchiyose no jutsu.
Personality:Really quiet and keeps to herself. She doesn't like many people but Sasuke and Kakashi. She is in love with Kakashi, but is afraid to get to close, because she doesn't want to be hurt again.
kekei genkai:Sharigans
She is a goodguy. She wants to kill her brother, Itachi, for killing her whole family.

-Sasuke's sharingan is better than Kakasi's... Sasuke is a full blooded Uchiha there for able to gain acees to the sharingans better techniques
Kakashi is just more practiced in the use of the sharingan.
