Geek - Otaku - オタク

You should know that one

Sexy freak - sekushiina henjin - セクシーな変人

Nope, I'm 100% sure it means geek...atleast after I saw the japanese tv show "Densha Otoko" rofl

Otaku is actually a really really polite way of saying "you"

It also means "house" in a manner of speaking, "tanaka no otaku" would mean "The Tanaka residence", it's also quite polite

But it most commonly means "geek"
