kagome starts off the show as a 15 year old but she must age because every season of the show inuyasha reverts to his human form on the night of the new moon wich happens every year so kagome must age as well as everyone else in the show

Um, yes, characters do age. She's probably at least 16 at the end of the series.
Funny how there isn't any birthday episodes...but then that would be kind of irrelevant from their quest to beat Naraku and find all the Shikon no Kakera (but then a few of the episodes are kind of like that too...getting off track and such).

The night of the new moon happens every month, not every year.

aww the flower lady beat me to the punch new moons happen every month harvest moons happen every year if I refcall correctly blue moons happen once every 10 years and crescent etc. moons happen once in a lunar month in crescent, quater, half, 3/4, full, new repeat unless its a blue moon then it's three full moons in a row but I'm rambling now

I think she's about 16 or 17 i dunno probably 16 now i don't think she would be 17 yet
