Difference between SENTBOX and OUTBOX

Sentbox = pms you send to others
Outbox = system messages that were send through your profile such as the contact list system messanger

If a mail is still in the outbox,does it mean,the person hasnt read it until now,or its just a reminder i sent something?Sorry for my stupid questions

When you send a message, it remains in the Outbox until the person you sent it to visits their Private Message area, at which point the message gets transfered to your Sentbox. This does not mean that they've read the message, just that they've visited thier Inbox or one of their other Private Message folders.
