If so can they also have kids, like a homunculus half breed?

i think they could have sex but i dont think they would be able to have kids... and maybe thats why lust wanted to be a human girl so bad... she had tons of guys with crushes on her but she couldnt have sex with them!

I mean if its cool enough that he can age...(never saw his wife) and since most of us agree they can "get it on", then why cant they have a kid?
