Well, throughout the whole series and Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, there's not much focus on Catherine and Trowa, much less the revelation that they're brother and sister.
Hm...I don't remember the episode number (it's been almost over a year since I've last watched the series because my sister bought the box set to help her count down the days till graduation), but:
It's when Heero and Zechs/Milliardo battle in Antartica after Noin picks up Trowa and Heero to take them there. Relena follows them and interrupts the fight to confront Zechs and to see Heero again.
Noin comes up on the communication and inquires what the girl was doing there. There was something in the dialogue before Relena shouts that Heero should kill Zechs because he's "a thread to the Sank (excuse me if I'm spelling it wrong...) Kingdom". Noin then tells her to stop and gives the truth about Milliardo being her brother.
Of course Relena's old and faithful servant (or chauffer) I think knew that information as well, but didn't tell her.

i think it will be revealed in the manga it also reveals the past about heero and the others

The Episode Zero manga?
It's a good manga. I've read it. Yeah, it does go into a little depth of the pilots pasts.
Although there's only suggestions and indications about Trowa and Catherine...it's not really direct, but I think people will get the vague point.

It doesn't come out and say they're brother and sister, although, When Trowa loses his memory,(around episode 26) he does call her his sister.

Damn its been a while, but I think Tenma is right
in gundam wing when does trowa or catherine find out theyre brother n sister....im confused bout that....n when does relena n milliardo peacecraft and any other brother/sister relations that i have not written in gundam wing thanx!!
