Ideon from Space Runaway Ideon. It holds the ability to destroy the universe in a single blast, and if it is destroyed, it will release an explosive amount of Ide energy, which will also destroy the universe. I believe these are grounds for the title of "most powerful entity".

I thought Ideon was a machine, not an entity. If it qualifies as one that would be #1. Then #2 would be Kain from Tenchi the Movie. Kain trapped in sub-space by the entire Galaxy Police patrol with the help of the Emporer of Jurai, only the Emporer died trying to disspell the energy used in the proccess.

Kain escapes from sub-space and goes back in time to kill the one that currently holds that Jurai power. Kain is stopped by a combinaton of efforts between Tenchi, Ryoko, Ayeka, the curremt holder of the power of Jurai Tenchi's mom Achika and Kiyone useing a weapon provided by Washu the Dimensional Cannon. Which Kiyone protests as the Dimensional Cannon was meant for taking out small galaxies.

And if anyone fits the term entity Kain definitly does. He's like some kind of demonic shape shifter.

It's been a long time since I saw that Tenchi movie...It was the second one wasn't it?

My vote goes to Goku from Saiyuki... In his demon form he is so powerful that the gods themselves can't defeat him. So they forced him to wear a power limiter...

No Lestat, it was the first Tenchi movie. The second one was Yazuha. And I still think Kain's power surpassed hers. I'd have to watch again to see how many planets Kain destroyed.

They're all from different anime. I'm not sure if they could meet all of a sudden. Plus, they have no value to our universe anyhow, so I'm not seeing how they could all meet and thus compare each others' power.
