Absolute Anime

Remeber fox kids? I do. There were alot of shows I watch. Some I refuse to watch now if I could. Others I will watch if and when I get the chance. Some I can't recall. Okay I remember power rangers, sailor moon(I w regret nkowing about it), monster rancher, flint the time detector, digimon, transformers, mega man, samerie pizza cats. Hey could someon remind me of other anime on that channel?

Esca Flowne was another one.

I don't recall Sailor Moon being shown on Fox Kids...or if Fox Kids was put on TV when Samurai Pizza Cats was on.

Then again, Samurai Pizza Cats was about the first anime I've ever seen, so it was over a decade ago. It's hard remembering that far for me.

I use to watch digimon on that channel when ever i could but i didin't get that channel i watched WB kids

This Mega Man show wasn't even an anime, it was made in America.

What would be good is if there were an actual full-fledged anime series of the classic Mega Man series, much like the cutscenes in Mega Man 8. That would rule.

They showed Escaflowne on Fox? How badly was that butchered?

It was actually done pretty good. In my opinion on a scale of 1-10, I'd give it an 7.9.

The only things that they did to the show was edit on the language, blood...the usual stuffs. The VAs were doing a fairly nice job as it was easy on the ears.

The first episode was a little shaky but that happens in all animes.

Van's VA was Kirby Morrow, who was Trowa Barton in Gundam Wing and Miroku from Inuyasha. Hitomi was done by Kelly Sheridan, who also did Sango from Inuyasha and Leena from Zoids, while Allen was by Brian Dummon, VA for Zechs/Milliardo from Gundam Wing. Just to name a few.

well thats good i hate it when thses kids networks butcher anime

That was back when TV was a lot more lenient, when kids watched shows like Ren and Stimpy. The VA lineup, in my opinion, was actually very well matched. I think they did an excellent job, and matched the personalities quite well while keeping in mind the Japanese VAs.
