I dont know about her secretly having a crush on him...but theres obviously something there!!
Why else would she get jealous when the girls swoon? Colonel Mustang needs a strong woman with him to support him in all his endeavors, and Riza is the best.

In the movie,the other guys didnt tell Riza where the Colonel was because they said she was "waiting for someone else". (Col. was like feelin depressed.) (Dont hate, appreciate.)

Roy and Riza are one of the best anime couples 'round! Riza needs Roy, and Roy needs Riza!
And they're really cute as a couple too!
