I think his point is that even though this is the adult discussion forum, there are probably some people who are embarrassed to say what they want to. So he is probably reassuring people that we won't judge them differently if they post something really weird.

I'd like to know how we can assume anything of a relevent thread considering the topic title and intro post were nothing but periods. Even if someone is shy, there are various ways of expressing it despite total pointlessness.
