My Moderator Application: Delancey_15 [Panda]

I'm here to state that I would like to become a moderator. To start off, I would first tell you some basic information about me:
My username is Panda also known as Delancey_15.
My birthday is July 15 and I'm turning 13 this month.
I am an Absolute Otaku which means I have thousands of posts already.
I know I used to spam before, but of course I have changed my actions.
I've been here in AA for a year now, as you may notice, and I'm often an active user.
I'm quite a friendly person, and I do my best to help others around the forums.
The reasons why I wanted to be a moderator:
~ I have noticed most prespicacious moderators are awfully inactive, especially some moderators who barely mod act. (I'm not going to mention who they are because I wouldn't want them to put on the spot. But if you want to know who they are let me know.)
~ Since I am an active user, I mostly go to the AA chat too. I have watched people flame on the AA chat several times. I try to provoke their inappropriate statements to avoid hostility.
~ I do my best to be fair and respectful to others to increase comprehension for people here in AA.
~ I assure you that when I become a moderator, I will try to assist you when you need help with anything, because I care much about AA.
~ I will not flame around the forums. But I will provoke people who says unecessary things in a fair way if it is needed.
~ Being here for a year, I have a lot of experiences and know enough about AA. Using this experiences, I coud help curious AA users by giving them advices or tips on some assistance they need.
~ I have some moderators who are dearly close to me. And I'm sure that I could get along with the moderators here well.
~ I have been told that sometimes some moderators are contempt. As the rule said, moderators should be extra respectful or kinder. I wanted to avoid that particular complain.
In conclusion, when I become a mod I will solumnly do my duties as a loyal AA user. =]
