No it was in the original japanese version, Cartoon Network edited it out for the same reason that Spongebob was almost taken off the air.

Yes! It was an accident, clearly it was! Some random guy bumped them. Don't diss Sasuke, he is not gay. And like HitsuGaya said he doesn't chase guys.
Anyways, yes, I believe both Sasuke and Sakura makes a great couple. Their names starts with same S! ^.^
