Why didn't naruto chapter 319 come?

"If you've been around here for awhile you may remember a brilliant piece of pure geniusness that enveloped your entire mind every Tuesday and had you wanting more, we affectionately called it The Tuesday Post. Well, this is completely different because it will be a one time post that is less pointless than The Tuesday Post. Alright then, here we go. First up, in case you haven't heard by now, there will (well shouldn't be anyways, sometimes there is) not be a release of Chapter 319 from the Japanese Naruto manga series this week. This is due to the fact that last weeks issue was a double issue, and this week happens to fall on one of Japan's many holidays, Obon. This is of course a Japanese Buddhist holiday to honor the departed spirits of one's ancestors. This Buddhist festival has evolved into a family reunion holiday during which people from the big cities return to their home towns and visit and clean their ancestors' graves."
