Absolute Anime

I've created a slightly smaller version of the static pop-up menu, so I'd appreciate it if you could take a look at it and let me know if you prefer that one or the current one.

I wanted to try it for a couple reasons. First, I didn't want to have to move the mouse down as far to get to the icon I want (this really only matters if you keep the menu minimized). Second, it would allow me to fit additional icons/links if I wanted to later on. Third, I thought it wouldn't be quite as distracting for those people who choose to keep it visible all the time.

So just let me know which version you like better, the current one or the smaller one. And please feel free to express any other opinions or suggestions. Thanks!

Thanks for the opinions so far. I'm a little dissappointed to see only four. I guess most people just don't care. Well, any other suggestions before I switch over to the smaller version?

it is less distracting, but the bigger one does not come up on my comp

The small one is good...the big ones....it makes me scroll down...im lazy to scroll down.

Well, that would be the smaller one, since I switched to the smaller one before posting my "Well alright then, the smaller menu it is!" message.

id agree that its much better when smaller but...

idk, i still dont really like them. theyre kinda distracting, much less than before, but still, they just seem almost out of place. perhaps change the design?

in terms of use, i find the tabs to be quite useful, im just not sure about the presentation.

You find them distracting even when they're hidden?

What kind of design change would you suggest?
