Yeah, its official: Naruto is making its way states side.

So I noticed. It was licensed by ShoPro (soon to merge with Viz) and will air on Cartoon Network.

Don't cry foul just yet. Last I heard, the target was the last part of Toonami, the part for the tweens and teens. 9PM and onward is under looser standards than the rest of the day and could theoretically hold a TV-PG program safely. TV-PG would mean only editing the goriest and naughtiest of details, leaving the bulk of the series intact.

Well, it'd have to be touched up, but it could stay. The games had to deal with that problem, and that approach could easily be taken.

The story line would be different whch i think is dumb

they won't take out the story, but they may do what they did with the japanese gba game of naruto.
in the game, for the parts where naruto uses the technique where he mimics a nude woman, they depict her wearing a bikini as an alternate. otherwise, the story could, in theory, remain intact

except, they may edit out the worst, as stated earlier.

such as that awesome scene involving momochi zabuza taking out all those guys that worked for gateau while his arms with both paralyzed(held a kunai in his teeth)

Cartoon Network has just announced that Naruto will now play on their Saturday night cartoon block, Toonami all Summer!!!!!

I just found this out today. Watch cartoon network and through the day, they play a periodic 1 hour show, premiering all the new stuff. At one point, they show Toonami, showcasing Immortal Grand Prix, One Piece, Teen Titans, Justice League, and NARUTO!!!!!!!!!!

Naruto looks great. They appear to have even touched up some of the older episodes, so they are more crisp and smooth looking.

So, tune in Saturdays all Summer, maybe even this saturday night, I don't know!

i wish they would do this in uk i want to wacth em on tv lol
