Japanese translation help!!!

It's not nearly as complex as English, but as usual we find ways to screw it up.

In most workplaces, a supervisor will address the female employees who are younger than her using the pronoun "you" (~kun).
Okay, linguistic norms shift
It took me a while to process the fact that I had heard some Japanese girls use the term "boku" to describe themselves.
