It's the sequel for Seed destiny.

Has anyone heard of it?

Well it's not really a sequel, a spin-off is more accurate. You see Stargazer starts with the falling of Junius 7 which happens near the beginning of Destiny. And the cast of Seed and Destiny aren't going to make an appearance in Stargazer, atleast not a major one.

Stargazer so far has also been a little more harsher of a series than the rest of Seed.

Yeah, I looked through it's profile and it looks more in-depth.

How exactly is Stargazer? I have yet to watch it, as recently I had been focusing more on Super Robot anime, rather than Real Robot anime. The news that none of the Destiny Characters appear does interest me, as it removes one of the things I hated about GSD. While I dislike CE's direction in Destiny, I feel that the CE Universe still has potential. However, is it worth my attention? (This is primarily aimed at Duuz, as I know that our tastes in anime are quite similar)

I've heard other say it's a lot more harsher than Seed and I'd have to agree. In the first episode the tank battle against the Jinn was a pretty cool fight to see, all taking place during the fragments of Junius 7 crashing around the globe setting off disasters such as floods in some areas.

The second episodes gets grittier as the 3 new Earth Gundams attack a Co-ordinator refugee camp looking for terrorists. Stargazer is a very good addition to the CE Universe much like the Gundam Astray was, as they're not full of androgynous looking emo kids. So sad seeing the new Blu Duel Gundam getting the hell beat out of it by a wild pack of BuCues.

Thanks for the information, Duuz. From what you say, it should be quite good. I will be checking it out.

@Lenfa-danna
Stargazer is listed at many torrent websites, just have a search for it.

How many episodes is it though? I've heard there's only like three to five.

I've heard only 3, and they're not a full 30 minutes long either.
Which is a shame as Stargazer is pretty good and could go for more if the wanted to. The Gundam it's named after doesn't show up until the 2nd episode and it doesn't do much yet. I'm hoping the 3rd part we'll get to see this thing in action.

Stargazer was pretty good but way too short IMO. The ending was depressing too. :cry:
