Does anyone know the name of this anime?

This was on the Space Channel like 5 or 6 years ago(the movie would probably be older than that), they used to show an anime movie on Friday nights and Saturdays at noon. I know that they used to show Dominion Tank Police and Galaxy Express 999 as well.
It was about this woman, who kept seeing a little girl appear with this wolf kind of thing, and the little girl would keep showing her "how she would die", then you would see the wolf thing eating her(just an illusion). Then the woman and 5 guys that were there with her had to try to get to a tower or a wall or something so that they could escape from the townsfolk who were zombie kind of things. They split up and then you saw 2 of the guys modifying a street car to be a kind of tank while the other 3 were out helping the woman escape. Near the end you see the Wolf thing again, but this time it's huge. Won't give away the ending, but I hope thats enough info.
I know that its not Demon City or Wolf's Rain, and its already gone from the Space Channels archives.

I wasn't quite understanding...but the anime sounds good, i'd watch it.
