Itachi could kick his butt

itachi hands down he would win with his eyes closed as in without Sharingan...

Itachi would win with out a doubt.

Itachi's Sharingan doujutsu and the Katon techniques. No doubt in my mind he'll win.

Actually, Itachi can be beaten by the following people:

CARS(Jojo)
DarkSchenider(Bastard Anime/manga)
Entire Fighting cast of DBZ
Entire fighting Cast of Bleach
Aokiji(One Piece)
Master Cheif(Halo Series)
