Well, there is a Ghost in the Shell TV series that's just now coming out, called Stand Alone Complex. That would probably turn your fancy.
If you're fond of action, two works from Yasuhiro Nightow might work for you. If you don't mind some humor mixed in, you'll probably enjoy Trigun, but if you want it heavy on the noir, you may want Gungrave instead. Speaking of noir, there's also a series called Noir.
There's another series coming out, too, called Samurai Champloo that has an air similar to Cowboy Bebop.

If you would be so kind, in future, please do not type all in caps. In addition to it being considered improper, it makes your message difficult to read.

One good anime that I've come by is Soul Hunter, its not very well known, but it has a good ammount of humor and action. But I don't reccomend it if you can't follow plot twists. The plot seems to get more difficult to follow with each episode I watch.
Another anime I would suggest is,Kiddy Grade, once again not well known but it seems to me that the less popular the anime the better ^^ but thats just me of course. Kiddy Grade has a good plot with plenty of twists and good characters that you can actually relate too. Its more action then anything else but it has its own form of comedy.
Lastly, I think Yu Yu Hakusho is a good anime that is well known has a good plot, is well drawn (Most of the time)and has alot of action humor mystery and of course that slice of romance.

Well, one of the nice things about Soul Hunter is that you can purchase a Perfect Collection relatively cheaply. You can also look for Blue Seed, Orphen, Martian Successor Nadesico and other Perfect Collections from AD Vision for reduced prices. I have all three of the latter and found myself enjoying all of them.

I find Rorouni Kenshin is nice as wel as cowboy Bebop
and I think they are both easy to follow. and the plots aren't too complicated or something so. So if you're a beginner those are good series.

Yeah...I really like Gundam Wing, and I havent heard of the other one....
Two new ones! Mermaid Saga, and Instant Teen: Just Add Nuts. Their both entertaining, while Mermaid Saga has more plot than Instant Teen, just like Instant Teen has more comedy than Mermaid Saga. Like I said, though, their both really good.

I say it could be gundam wing too, but also i should see gundam seed. But the one I recomend you the most is saint seiya, knight of the zodiacs, or however is called in your hometown. And Shaman King, this are three great animes anyone should let go pass by, really, eventhought all animes are great, you should begin by the most known ones.

Yeah, Gundam Seed is a good anime. I watch it every Saturday when I stay up and watch InuYasha!
At least, I think its still on....and feel asleep after InuYasha finished.... ^_^;;;;
I havent seen the Shaman King anime. I only read the manga. I looked up Shaman King on this website... 'Morty'?! That sounds so gay! Manta sounds at least remotely better.

There's also a LOT more,
Record of Lodoss War to name one, Chobitz(Sp?) jsut to name two... try renting some and watching them, If you like them you can go back for more, if not, you can try something new...
I got luckey and my local Libaray has an acceptably large anime section... which reminds me...
Lupin the 3rd, castle of kaliaska(I know that one is spelled wrong)
Spirited Away
Castle in the Sky
Princess Mononoke
All are excelent movies (Most even appropriate for children, except for Lupin I think, I haven't seen Castle in the Sky, only read reviews, can't get my hands on it and it bugs me)...
mah favorite anime w0uld be...
