help! i'm so confused. i got one major confusion, i don't understand what's the whole thing with Inuyasha and Sesshomaru. how come sometimes Inuyasha's evil and sometimes not, and why is Sesshomaru against Inuyasha, ain't they brothers? I'm embarassed for my stupidity. sigh...

ok yes shessy and inuyasha are brothers!and second Inuyashas evil thing is when he drops the Tetsaiga and his life is in danger so his demon blood takes control and he loses his senses to come back to noraml with each change!make sense??!!?

Let's see....Sesshomaru and Inuyasha are half brothers -- different mothers. Inuyasha's mom was human making him only half demon. Sesshomaru is disdainful of him for that but what really pisses him off is that their father left the Tetsaiga sword to Inuyasha. Sesshomaru wants it but can't so much as pick it up because it can't be held by a demon. His father left him a sword ... can't remember the name ... that can heal. He sees it as useless and wants the powerful Tetsaiga. In one episode, Naraku gives Sesshomaru a demon arm that can hold Tetsiga but, needless to say, it didn't work out.

What kagomeH said about the Tetsaiga being the "circuit breaker" that keeps him from transforming into a full evil demon is spot on.

I said above that Naraku gives Sesshomaru a demon arm that can hold Tetsiga. What I really meant to say was that he gave him a humanarm so he could take the Tetsiga but it didn't work out.

Sesshumaru's healing sword is called Tensega.
