Babelfish and other online translators are notoriously incorrect. Especially in Japanese, they cannot take into account levels of politeness, gender, or common phrases - instead, it's usually translated word by word which ends up making no sense or sounding unnatural.

What you posted is a perfect example. I would rewrite it like this:

Actually, you don't have Japanese encoding. Usually you can install it by going to View > Encoding > (More) > Japanese, and it'll take care of the rest by itself.
