no problem, ya know if you think about it Gai is one of the strongest, if not the strongest jounin in the show. He has a perfect ballance, strength and agility, its the perfect fighter build

Gaara gave Kimimaro a butt-kicking and Naruto beat Gaara, and Kakashi beat Naruto, and Gai has more wins then Kakashi...
So Gai wins!
