i would have to say Dialga is teh shist.

Its a tie to me between Groudon, Lugia and Suicune.

The MOST POWERFUL legendary is definetely Arceus~The God of ALL Pokemon!

But my favs are Rotom, Celebi, Jirachi, Shaymin, both land and sky forme, and Mew, and Manaphy and Phione. Yes, I like the little tiny, but powerful legendary pokemon!

I like Mewtwo.I like his character and his power.But,and Giratina is perfect!
These two pokemon together make a perfect couple.

I agree with Lexin Kotetsu.
Arceus is the most powerful,even if I like som other pokemon.

I would choose Latios cuz he's both cool and cute and also my favorite legendary. I also pick Lugia and Darkrai.
