^^ I agree. He's just nuts. But if you think about it, He is more aware then Vash is. He relized so much at an earlier age. and if you want it simple: He is the complete opposite of vash. This definatly makes him a phyco for sure! Although I wish I was as smart as Knives....

They believe what they're doing is right and just.

Knives is not crazy. For one thing, he kind of is right. Humans destroyed the planet given to them to live on and now they want to go somewhere else and do the same to it. Knives just wants to put people in their place and he basically (VERY basically) believes that humans should have died out when they were supposed to on Earth. He thinks that his people (pretty much just him and Vash) are the only worthy ones. "Worthless, arogant" is just a few things he calls humans.

He's not crazy, he just knows what he wants and what he believes in. He thinks he is a higher race than humans, therefore he thinks he should be able to control them...cause isn't that what humans do? We see a species that is lower than us (seeminly lower, like a cat or a dog) and we control it.

In my opinion, Knives is just very into himslef and has a big ego. So no, he's not crazy. If he was crazy he would have wiped out everyone, including his brother. He wouldn't of given Vash a choice. I think that Knives might of had a sadistic disorder/personality.

Anyone with a sadistic disorder personality is considered insane. I should know this, as I took Psychology in high school. If you're sadistic, you're insane, as it's a form of insanity.
