how do you get the event items in the new games like the "Member card" & "Heaven's pipe"? do you have to pre orderthe game to get them or do something in the game to get them? if you know please tell me

....okay i found out how to get afew event item's but you have to do everything in the game to get afew of them but to get the other event you have to go to a nintendo** event at a stor to get the other's im not sure but if im right i'll tell you
