For me, it's a tie between Rei and Asuka. They both have their strenghs... and their weaknesses. So... what's yours?

I'd have to say Rei, she's just just cool. I guess she just seems more calm and easier to get along with, Asuka seems like the type who'd be really overbearing and I wouldn't like that.

Urm....I gotta say for me it's a three way tie between Asuka, Rei, and Kaoru...cause Kaoru's cool. But he's dead....[censored]. Does it count if their dead?

The thing is that Heero had some pent-up agression. Rei is a little more passive, but can still kick ass.

I love the way Rei acts, but Shinji is a great character too. I don't think I can choose between them...so i'll just say Pen Pen. He owns.

and I think he's so hot...

even though all my friends say "but it's a drawing, how can you find a cartoon hot?".....
but asuka is totally cool and she's like who I'd want to be....so strong and pretty and smart and yeh...

Well my favorite pilot is shinji, i don't know, but i think that he and eva 01 are predestinated to cause the third impact, and that causes that the eva is almost like an extension of his will (or maybe shinji is an extension of Eva01) and that's why Eva01 always fight back, even without energy and against the most powerful angels.

Was Rei made out of human and angel DNA so she could *blend* better with her eva?

If so why didnt they use lots of Reis for all the evas?
