Hello, I Belong To 50 To 60 Forums. Compared To Most This Forum By Far Is The Busiest. And Well Maintained.
Now My Question. Can Personal Links At Rapidshare & Megaupload etc. Be Posted. I Have Read Almost Every FAQ, Forum Rules And The Only Thing That Was Found Was About Unlicensed Anime [Does That Mean Copyrighted] The Answer Was Probably Right In Front Of Me But I Missed It. One Last Stupid Question. Is There An Easy Way To Find Out About Licensed & Copyrighted Material?

Yes, you can post links from sites like Rapidshare and Megaupload, but you have to have a certain number of posts.

and as far as i know this forum cant upload any shows, its just a forum/chat board not a place to watch or upload shows

Yeah, You are not allowed to upload, nor CAN you even upload anime to this forum.
Also, we'd prefer it if you wouldn't upload then post your uploaded stuff. We'd prefer it if you actually post int he forums, and chat about the anime's that you upload.
