....i think they did the combination technique and turned into Kabutomaru? now all they need are those earings
well orochimaru can't die to sasuke that's just plain stupid... sasuke may be strong but orochimaru was still a Sannin and one that could easily defeat Jairaiya at that

but in essence Orochimaru is still alive ^_^ i mean Orochimaru now lives as a part of Kabuto

You forgot the fact Kabuto is losing control. That means, before long, the part of Kabuto will die off and be reinforced as only Orochimaru. Then he'll start up with him 'immmortality' bull [censored] again. I like Orochimaru and all, but NO ONE'S immortal, and that, quite frankly, is getting on my last nerves.
