in the movie reflections kenshin dies of a illness that to date is unknown to me.

Can some body tell me wat was the illness.

I think it was a skin disease..... not sure tho

Hmm all I know is that Kenshins parents died from a disease called "Cholera" <.<

I don't know what exactly they died of, but I think that Cholera may be the more likely thing. I have gotten different answers such as: old age, lepracy, blood disease, sexually transmitted, and cholera. It was said that they had weird rashes all over thier bodies. But yeah it is very sad when they die. I read somewhere that Kenshin had gone somewhere and wasn't coming back. But Sanosuke goes and gets him. They show up back home later when Kenshin dies in Kaoru's arms and then she later dies.

Two likely possibilities: Rebound effect from using the harsh Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu for all those years or a physical manifestation of the guilt that had been killing his soul for over a decade. Take your pick.

Actually, Watsuki has said in interviews that they just made the disease up. There's no name for it and there's no scientific evidence of any cases. It was some type of disease that he picked up when he was the battousai. That's how Kaoru got it, any disease can be transferred through . So. . .they did it and she got it too.
