I had known a couple of people that were registered and now anything that they have posted has turned into something that a guest has posted.Why?

they probably deleted their account

What Bellos said is the near definite answer. For instance keiti33 was a deleted account, which thus turned all her old posts into guest post. I do believe though their is a command line in php that should automatically remove her posts from the database, but then again i'm not good at php.
