Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn help

I'm in the endgame of part II where you have to either beat Ludveck, defend the green box area, or both. But I don't know how to get to the boss. I'd have Elincia go after him but then the arrow units will interrupt her path by shooting arrows and kill her. So who should I bring to fight Ludveck?
