What part of DBZ is this from?

I've got this ancient video clip of Vegeta when he's really young, in some sort of training, killing all these saibamen... other aliens are watching his progress, as well as Nappa, who's standing by with a full head of hair.
Is it from an episode? Or a movie? Help appreciated. ^_^

It probably occurred somewhere in the anime. It's non-canon though since a scene like that is never shown in the manga.

Someone on another forum told me it was from the TV special "Bardock, The Father of Goku"... so I already got it and watched it. ^_^ Despite the stock footage and inconsistencies, I enjoyed it. (Any chance to see more of Vegeta is automatic win.)

thats correct,it's from the movie Bardock:father of Goku.
