Meh, it's only funny if someone else knows what it means. :3
And it should be "Anata no chinko ga chiisai desu", which is kinda crude grammar...

Yeah, "anata wa chinko ga shiisai desu" is best, but really, if were to say that to a Japanese guy, it would come out SO rude and So offensive that I doubt he would see the funny side to it. And I doubt he would ever talk to you again.
