I don't watch much comedy anime, but I think mine would be Fruits Basket.
I remember I couldn't stop laughing when I saw some episodes for the 1st time XD

Inuyasha, Fruits Basket, Bo bo bo (ok, I hate the anime, it's stupid but yeah it makes me laugh) , ect.
It's hard to say since not many anime are only comedy and many who are not always include anime.

Fruits Basket, Ranma 1/2, Ouran, Rozen Maiden are all sooooo funny even though comedy isn't supposed to be the main focus in any of them XD
