Age question

So, AA says Roy Mustang is 29. But when? Is he 29 when Ed is 12, or 16? Or somewhere in between?
Any help would be awesome.

Hm... I think Roy is 29 on somwhere between that...
I wish I knew the characters birthdays... XD

I also have a question about this whole age thing. How old is Al when Ed is 12, 16, etc?
