Half-Life 2,whats it about.I never even heard of it till now.

It's the bast game in the entire world.

You're Gordan Freeman and the world has been taken over by combine and Gordan is fighting his way through to the citidel, a huge metal building that fell out of the sky. No one is allowed to reproduce and if they try the supression device kills them. The civil protection otherwise know as the CP are regular people who have offered to helpt he combine. CP are bullies. In the first game Gordan opened a portal which let alien's into the world and they're evil! Vortigaunts aren't evil but they stilll don't like people.

If any of that is wrong don't blame me, my mom told me it. It's cooler than what I've told you though.

Half Life 2 is amazing. I got it when it first came out for the Xbox, and instantly loved it. It's so much more than your traditional FPS. Unfortunately, I havent got to pick up any of the expansions yet (They have episode 1 and 2, right?)

I need to replay through HL2 again. It's been about...well...at least 2 years since I beat it.

Might pick up the Orange Box, since all I hear are rave reviews.

There is an Episode 1 and 2, yes and I love both of them! Portalis great too. I can't play Team Fortress though since you need the internet to run it and I don't have a cable for my Xbox.

Now, are episode 1 and 2 completely different games, or are they add-ons to HL2?

My one friend show me Garrys Mod (sp?) and I thought it was pretty cool. It's insane what you can do using the mod.

Episode 1 is a continuation of Half-Life 2 and Episode 2 is a continuation of Episode 1 and aparently there is an Episode 3 coming out which obviously is a continuation of Episode 2.
I can't wait for Episode 3 to come out!

I've heard of Garry's Mod but could never find it *sob*! I've watched a few funny videos on youtube where people used Garry's Mod...I think...
