A lot of these are inaccurate. I've never heard that Masaki is a former lieutenant. Shuuhei Hisagi isn't confirmed as a captain, Silver Nekokitsune isn't confirmed as a lieutenant, and Lexin Kotetsu isn't confirmed as a captain. Unless this is what the new filler arc has stated, in which case you should include the filler captain of squad 3, Shuunsuke Amagai in there as well. You should also include Kiyone Kotetsu and Sentaro Kotsubaki for Squad 13. Oh, and Kaien's wifey. I forget her name, but she was the former 3rd seat of Squad 13.

When was Masaki confirmed to be a Lieutenant? I was asking about the ranks because I don't watch the current filler.

I'm not really sure when she was confirmed to be a lieutenant... You know what, I got her and Isshin's squad wrong. It said somewhere on the internet that Masaki and Isshin where a Captain and Lieutenant for a squad. Im just figured that it was squad 13 because at the time that they were a captain and lieutenant, Jushiro Ukitake wasn't the captain and Kaien Shiba wasn't lieutenant and all the other squads captain and lieutenant positions were already taken.

Where are you getting this information? Ukitake has ALWAYS been a captain, since the founding of the 13 court guard squads. Him, Kyoraku, Unohana, and Yamamoto are the only 4 left from the very original captains. But yea, I don't think Isshin's squad was ever reavealed and I'm pretty sure Masaki was always a human.
About Isshin's squad, you can eliminate 1,4,8,12, and 13 because up until Kisuke became captain of squad 12, there was another captain and she had been the original captain of squad 12 since the founding of the court guard squads. From there, I'd eliminate 2 as well because that's the head of the secret remote squad as well and I don't think Isshin headed that. So that takes out almost half the squads there.

Yeah, you're right... I'm really not all that sure about Masaki... It said that she and Isshin met while they were in the Soul Reaper's Academy...

Anyways back to the topic. Isane Kotetsu is my number 1 favorite vice captain. Yoruichi Shihouin is my favorite captain (even though she's retired)

How come most people put their last names before their firsts and also say their last names instead of their firsts?

The reason they use the last name is because its a way of showing respect and is customary to do so around people who are not close friends or family. It's a Japan thing

Well we live in Ameri"C"a, not Nihon and in Ameri"C"a, we say the first names first. I mean when addressing someone important, we would say like Captain Hitsugaya or Lieutenant Hinamori, but in just regular talk, you should say Toshiro or Momo.

I'd say that my favorite captain is Retsu Unohana, my favorite lieutenant is Nanao Ise, and my favorite seated officer is Maki Ichinose.
