So how much do you weigh and how tall are you? Are you at the correct, healthy B.M.I.?

Let's talk about health here.
I'm 5'4" and I weigh about 118 lbs. the last time I checked. My B.M.I.'s 20.3, which means I'm at a healthy weight. YAAAY!! =]
Note: There used to be a 'Health' thread here but it got locked and now deleted. xD Haha, hilarious memories in that thread, such good times. xD!!

No I'm not. ._. Just want everyone to be healthy!! A healthy person triggers happiness upon himself/herself. Healthiness sort of blocks negative thoughts. Whenever I eat junk food I feel very terrible and think of negative thoughts. After I exercise enough, all I could think about is positive!!

Perhaps you are. But if you're not Caucasian, this calculator does not take that into account.
