Pretty much free WoW.

Good.
It has pretty good graphics (simply beautiful if you have a machine that can handle the graphics on the highest setting).

Detailed character design for a free game.

Easy leveling at beginner levels (most quests give very good exp, and there are a lot of them if you know how to find them.)

Relatively easy to make money, since mobs tend to drop equips and "Dragon Quest" items (which sell for a lot even at the NPCs, and at least 3x more to normal players).

There are already a lot of very high level players who will help in "Fubens/FBs" (dungeons) and with bosses.

It's normally pretty easy to get a good squad (party) to help with quests.

The 6 different classes are pretty even in power at higher levels.

Bad.
Classes are race specific. Only winged Elves can be clerics and archers. Only Humans can be Blademasters and Magicians. Venomancers are Untamed FEMALES only (I'm really upset that I can't be a cat boy :( ). Barbarians are Untamed MALES only.

Venomancers are OP in the lower levels, with their ability to not only nuke with magic, but to also tame a pet to tank for them. However, in higher levels- most lack vit, and are easy kills when getting hit by physical attacks.

FBs are ridiculous. A level 19 dungeon is difficult to solo even at level 30. A party of level 19s will die often without proper co-ordination.

Quests, mobs, and items are sometimes difficult to find.

Only Clerics and Archers have a fly skill at level 1, so everyone else is stuck with running/paying to teleport everywhere. (though Barbarians get to transform into Tigers around level 10 that has increased speed, and Blademasters get a sprint around level 10).

For anyone interested in playing I play on the Santuary (PvE) server.
Characters:
Kezrien- Cleric, level 36
Filiz- Venomancer, level 16
Lacii- Magician, level 13
Filitz- Blademaster, level 9
Glosola- Venomancer, level 1 (my mule)

I'm on a lot of the time and I'm willing to help anyone out who's interested.
