Absolute Anime

I have to say...... Ealier anime series what they do were pretty raw. There was more blood and so one.
Now days, anime is almost too much censored. Fighting has no blood at all and cruel things etc missing arms and so one are almost all disappeared. Well there is still couple excepitions.

Well that is my opnion, what do you think?

Partly because it's been 'done before' by those older ones

I'm pretty sure there is still anime out there, today even, that crosses lines. They're just hard to find since they aren't mainstream. Search, and you shall find

by censored you mean it has so much ecchi and with the fact that they cover a bad storyline with mass amounts of desentising panty shots...and it get's to a point where they even have to censor that to prevent it from becoming a hentai...yes...cesoring...lol jk

i'm not much for mass amounts of blood...the fact is with the amount of blood alot of anime characters lose...they would have passed out midway through a fight...you also need some kind of balance between too much and too little...it all really depends on the show ^_^

There are other things to make an anime explicit besides mass blood. That alone won't do it for me either, although that would make the day of a simple minded friend of mine

Indeed. I don't see why mass blood definitively equals a good production or even an explicit one. Gotta come more creative than that

We need more anime like Hellsing, Gantz, and Akira, they were bloody but still kicked ass with great plot and characters

I agree you guys. In Anime there has to be good plot and character before blood and stuff. I'm not that much blood fan, but In My opnion if manga is pretty raw then Anime must be as raw as a Manga. Take Bleach for excample.... in manga sword figths leave some missing arms and stuff.... but anime.... Blood is shown only little and Missing arms are leaved in hands and stuff.... I know that there is Many series who are totally raw, but animes where is fighting are almost...... well you know what I MEAN!!!!!!

I'm not that much a blood fan. I like good animes like Code Geass and so one and I also like animes where aren't any fighting at all. But There is too much cencor in fighting animes in my opnion. don't you agree on that?
In figthing animes there has to be at least little blood.

Anime is both singular and plural. Same goes for Manga

It's not that they are censoring it here, it's just that not alot of anime coming out nowadays has alot of violence in it.
