Just don't do it. You can't see how the person is reacting on the other side and you might be doing a lot more damage than you think. k
It isn't funny or cool and some peoples get upset

Last week an Aussie girl commit suicide and they think it's cause of cyber bullying!
There have been 4 ppl suicide from the 1 same school this year. Nuts

But the internet is srs bizniz.
I just do it for the lulz. Not cyber bullying, but cyber fighting/arguing/flaming....
not on AA much anymore. Just on facebook. Stupid people.

Cyber Bullying is hilarious, taking it too far is a different story, but then again, you have to have a weak psyche to be affected by the opinions of strange perverts across the sea, enough to commit suicide anyway.
