Absolute Anime

Ok I need to find out the name of someone from an anime, but all I have is a really vague clue to go on, so could I get some help on this. The clue is as follows

"In his time and place, he wasn't the leader, but he was one of the most important people. In his universe, his symbol is still highly relevant today".

come on guy's I need some help here

that is tuff it can be anyone from many anime series do you have any more info or clues at all? anything could help us out

It would probably help if you had the name of the anime, or a description of it.

I tried googling the snippet you have on there, but I didn't get any hits that are even close to being anime related. If that's an actual line from the anime, its probably not well known.
